Problem Statement
Users of Keller’s Auto Sales find it challenging to maneuver the current website and utilize various car information, financing, filters, and customer support. How might we improve their experience and attract customers through our online platform?
Solution
We updated Keller's Auto Sales visual with a modern, user-friendly interface that elevates our brand identity, a more personable yet concise UX writing system, and innovative, tailorable features that streamline the online shopping experience. Our users highly praise the new design for providing a seamless user experience and helpful new features. It also achieves a high standard of UX metrics, including an 88 System Usability Scale score.
Intuitive user flows
The new design provides a much less distractive layout and removes unwanted features to offer a seamless task flow.
Better UX writing
We created a new, personable, and concise UX writing system to replace the old, confusing, bland languages.
Tailored recommendations
With the power of LLMs, we added different models of recommendation features that will significantly assist users in finding their dream cars.
Precious car finder
We updated the filters, sorts, and search features to ensure users can easily find the exact car they want.
